Reviews in the News for The Columbia Inn at Peralynna
"I had my daughter's bridal shower at The Columbia Inn at Peralynna Manor. I can't express enough how thrilled I was with Cynthia and her staff. To start, the place is just beautiful. As you arrive, you pull up to this stately mansion and enter to a charming atmosphere that is inviting and beautifully decorated. The staff was very attentive, walking me through the afternoon so I did not have to worry about missing anything. The food was delicious. Everyone wanted to know how I found this place and how could not get over how lovely it was. The balcony makes for great photos from above and the size of the two rooms lends itself well to a party for 40 people and then a separate area for gifts and stories. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to make a party that everyone will remember for a long time."
"What a fabulous establishment and first class customer service. From the time we checked in until the time we left, we were treated like family. Special shoutout to Ted as he was the warmest host imaginable. Love the owner and the detail."
"This is one of the nicest and most elegant B&B's I've ever stayed at. The place was just beautiful and elegant; and the host was charming. The breakfast was great. I just can't say enough. Magnificent!"
"The best place I've ever stayed at overnight, hands down. This was my first time visiting a Bed and Breakfast and although this was only 20 minutes away from my home, it felt like we were a million miles away in the most secluded and tranquil part of town. We were going to a party and decided to spend the night and celebrate our 22nd Anniversary and we did just that. The party was beautiful but our stay was even better. I came back home feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. So calm and peaceful I felt after staying here. I HIGHLY recommend this place."
"I was an extended stay visitor at the Columbia Inn at Peralynna for two months. It really felt like home to me because everyone knew my name and always went out of their way to speak to me. At this Inn, they took customer service to another level because I could name every staff member and most of them took the time out to get to know me. If I ever needed anything, Teddy, the attendant at the front, was always there to help. Additionally, I loved the gourmet breakfast every morning and my favorite chef, Randolph, always knew exactly what I wanted when I came downstairs. Don't let me forget the wine every evening and fresh baked cookies often! That was also a great treat to come home to after a long day of work. If you want to go somewhere that feels like you have a home away from home, pick this place!"
